Do you struggle with anxiety? Are you a worrier in need of a confidence boost? Have you been curious about cold water swimming but too nervous to try it? We made this event for you!

How it works:

Tuesday 8th April, 7.30-9pm: Join therapist Natalie Rossiter for an engaging and empowering online workshop about overcoming anxiety. Sharing information from her therapy practice plus sharing her own story of recovery, you'll learn skills to help you manage the challenging thoughts, feelings and sensations that come with anxiety so you can build courage and create calm. The workshop will be recorded so if you can't make the live you can watch the replay later in the week.

Sunday 13th April, 8-9.30am: We will all gather at the beautiful private lake for some cold water immersion. Ryan (Urban Ice Tribe) will guide us in regulating breathwork to prepare us for the cold, then we will put what we've learned in the workshop into practice, braving the cold together. Afterwards, feeling brave and proud, we'll warm up with hot drinks around the fire pit.
